HELP: Pokegen .Sav file size problem

Hi does anyone know howto fix this:

I'm using pokegen on Pokemon white,

I take the sav off the actual game cart via Xploder hardware/software,

it comes in a .gds file type so i convert it with http://shunyweb.info/convert.php to a sav type,

I did this like ten time a month or so ago and it worked fine and i could convert it back and load it back onto the game cart.

But when i tried to do it yesterday, no matter what source/taget file type i used Pokegen always says "File size not supported"

Even when i used the force 512 kb option it wasn't 512kb, unless i converted it to some other save first and then 512kb but when i did that not everything comes up on pokegen, none of my party pkmn and alot of my box pkmn are missing.
