Help needed!

Im not sure if there is a trade forum or somewhere I may be able to request certain things and am willing to trade for them. I feel like, as a newbie, this shouldn't be that difficult. However, if anyone has information regarding this, it would be much appreciated. Also, is anyone able to Pokegen me a timid, max hidden power rock, Sceptile?

There are random trade threads here, but this is definitely not a high volume trade forum. I wouldn't really expect much in the way of Dex completion help or random trades here. You are better off going to forums that have dedicated trading forums like the GameFaqs Pokemon trade forum or one of the various Reddit forums for example.

As for requesting Pokegen assistance, asking for hacking assistance is against the forum ToU and is generally frowned upon by many users here. Again, your best bet for assistance with that would be one off the higher volume trade boards.
