Transfer Pokemon to XY and ORAS

Hi, so I downloaded pika edit and PKheX and they are all great.But there is

One problem. how do I transfer the pokemon I made to x and y? So if someone can help me or explain to me why I can't transfer that would be great.

You can't inject hacked pokemon back into a save using either tool. Doing so requires control of the AES MAC of the 3DS to correctly "sign" the save. Without that, the save is detected as being corrupt. There is no public method available to do this and only a handful of people have accomplished it outside of Datel. For more information, you can read up on save encryption for the 3DS on various forums, including here and on GBATemp (especially in the Powersaves threads on GBATemp which have page after page on the entire process.)

There is also no exploit like the GTS injection method from previous generations of games to inject individual files either.
