AR Code Request for Black: Event Arceus in Entree Forest

Hi

I was wondering if anyone happens to have, or would be able to make, an action replay code that makes the Arceus from the Global Link event appear in Entree Forest to be captured. (It just seems very unsatisfying to add Arceus straight into the PC box...) The code is for the English Pokemon Black version.

I've seen that there is a program that lets you add Pokemon into Entree Forest (PokeCGear or something like that) when you have the save available, but would it be possible to make an AR code with the same effect?
