Pokémon Platinum Code Requests

Greetings to you all, I am looking for an Action Replay code for editing the Pokémon in my party. I want to leave them all unchanged except for the meeting location ("Met:"), which I want to edit for it to say "Faraway place".

The other code I'm requesting is a toughie and I'm aware that it could be imposible to obtain. I was wondring if I could edit the rival ("Barry")'s starter Pokémon, of course without having to go through the whole selecting starter pokémon secuence all over. I know it'll sound strange, but I want both Dawn and my rival to have Piplup as a starter pokémon, is it possible??? If not, I'll understand...
