How to generate gen 4 pokemon but send them to BW2

I have pokemon BW2, but I want my Zapdos to learn defog which is an HM move in gen 4.

So my question is about how to set the legality in the "Met" tab.

For the "Game", it only lets me pick from BW2.

"Location" is also locked onto areas from gen 5.

From what I've learned, the "Encounter" is always going to be "egg/pal park..." for pokemon in gen 5, but is this also true for transferred pokemon?

So questions to be answered:

Is there a way to make legal gen 4 origin pokemon, but send it via pokegts directly to BW2?

If so, how would you set the "game", "location", and "encounter" to make it considered legal?

I know this doesn't affect in game battles, but I want my pokemon to be as legal as possible in case Game Freak ever decides to start doing things like blocking gen 5 caught Scizor with defog etc.
