Seeking aid from anyone with working Japanese Pokébank!

I need someone to help me get my Pokémon to gen 6. I need to get my event Pokémon and legendarys to Kalos. For two reasons, 1 to get my Girlfriend a Lugia for her birthday and two to complete the dex and get my shiny charm. In exchange I will hand over almost anything you ask for out of the Pokémon being transferred (but not the Lugias due to reason 1). So If anyone can help me I would be grateful.

You'll need the following:

A Japanese 3DS.

A Japanese copy of x/y

A Pokébank compatible copy of black/white 2
