Pokemon Battle Revolution Request?

I have desperately tried to use Pokegen to send .pkm files to my Diamond Version via GTS alternatively I have tried the PokeBuilder app to send pokemon files to the game. I can not connect to Wi-Fi due to my inability to connect via WEP (As older generation games require a WEP key to connect to Wi-Fi, I have WPA security and unable to change to WEP) I also do not have funds to obtain a flashcart to use PokeSav or purchase an Action Replay. Could somebody send .pkm files I created to their cartridge and send them to Pokemon Battle Revolution and back up the save data, with the created pokemon on the Save File of PBR. I can reccieve the file and download it via SD card. I would be absolutely thrilled if someone could do this for me. Happy New Years as well.
