sniper_zero Posted August 17, 2013 Share Posted August 17, 2013 I'm using PPRC to edit the moves in my ROM. As a test run, I tried it out on Outrage. I tried to remove the effect. However, when I used it ingame, it still uses its old effect. I made sure the flags and targets are the same as tackle. But it still act like a normal damaging move.
