How to create Legendary Pokemon

Sup guys I was just wondering how you guys made your legendaries??

I can make all other pokemon with eggs and dream world ones but when I click on Pokegenerator on met I put (Poketransfer) on location and then egg/event/palpark on the encounter. IT NEVER WORKS when I check it on pokecheck.

How do you guys make em??? O_o
