Disappeared Pokemon?

Randomly, 2 of my pokemon were missing from one of my boxes, although they're still in the database, after reuploading them. I also changed the results per page search to 200, but they were still nowhere to be found.

Edit: If it is possible to delete the checks entirely, it would be much appreciated, the other check should be under my account.
