Problems with Blaze Black 2/Volt White 2 saves (Edit: NEVERMIND)

I'm sort of casual when it comes to Pokemon, I play a game every once in a while, and when I do I like to go for the community hacked versions since they tend to be better. I read that Pokegen should be compatible with my Blaze Black 2 save but sadly that does not seem to be the case. It loads and some data appears, but my Pokemon do not appear in the box to the right hand side.

I use the Complete version, I'm not sure if it would work with the Vanilla version.

Is there a way to get this to work?

Edit: Nevermind, for some reason it started working the next time I saved! I didn't do anything different, weird.
