pokegen and action replay help

HEllo everyone I just got my new action replay in the mail. I installed the softeware for action replay. I installed pokegen. The action replay I have is the new one where you connect the gaame to the action replay and the action replay to the USB. What do I do next? I tried looking for this in the search box but could not find anything. oh and I have windows 7
