Pokemon International Challenge 2013 January

Hi I am a trainer and I do a lot of battling online consisting of mostly Rotation Battles. I realize that this tournament is going to be in a Double Battle format. I have only lost four times and I have almost 100 RECORDED wins online (I would have so many more but everyone turns their power off when I start to win). Now I use four different teams: Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Sandstorm, and Trick Room. This is going to be my first tournament and since i was born in 1996 I'm going to be entering into the Master's Division and I wanted some opinions on which team to use from anyone who has ever been in a tournament and how I might do on it.
