Action replay item codes not working with Soul Silver.

Hello, I am very frustrated atm. I don't usually cheat unless I really mess something up in my game. In this case, I gave the TM Shadow Ball to the wrong pokemon. All I want to do is get another TM30 with cheats but the codes I've seen don't work at all. I used one cheat, to enable all pokemon to be able to learn all TM's and HM's, and that worked fine. Does anybody know how I can get the TM codes to work? I tried opening my game in No$GBA to use the cheats there and then move it back to DesMume, but after literally hours of trying to figure thta out, nothing worked. These are the codes I'm trying to use:
