help saving pkm files.

Alright, hey everyone, this my first post and I need help with pokegen, I can't seem to find anything about this. Im very frustrated. I'm running this on wine, so that may be the core problem, but when make all my pokemon stuff, and I want to save using tabs, when I do so, I name it haxorus for example. And when I click the save in box, a blank bar comes down and I cant click on anything within X11.

Has anyone came across this, and any solutions?

Could you upload a screenshot of what happens? Try saving the pkm directly (without tabs) and see if that works.
