Azure30 Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 (edited) Pokegen is fine and all for making pokemon, but it seems it lacks other areas of file completion that I'm interested in, and I have no experience with hex editing or anything outside of using programs like pokegen/sav (though I'm willing to learn if its an easy process to teach). Anyway, I want a save file for the purpose of recording a playthrough on my computer. Basically I want a fresh game (no adventure save file yet) with all the Unova Link keys unlocked (challenge mode being most important, I don't NEED the regi/tower/forest keys but it would be nice anyway) and all of the memories unlocked. Serebii doesn't list all of the memories either, as on my legit copy of the game, I did the memory link to my copy of Black and unlocked 9 different memories (serebii lists only 8) so I don't know how many there should be (but my black file is nearly 'perfect' so its hard to imagine I'm missing any). So as a checklist: -NA release (if that wasn't otherwise clear) -No Adventure Save -All keys unlocked -All memories unlocked (for 'linking to Black'), under the trainer name 'Hilbert' or 'Touya' or even 'Black' (I'm not picky, really) Thats it. I've been wanting to do a semi-blind nuzlocke run of this for some time now. I started playing it a bit (up to 3rd badge) and then remembered there's a harder difficulty mode... so I had to restart my game, then I linked with a friend who beat his copy of Black 2 (was gonna do it myself with my flash cart but.. IR LINK ONLY FFFFFUUUUU) and got back up to the 2nd gym... but then I wanted to share this experience with my friends or anyone who'd care to watch so... now I want to document it in video, so I'm gonna record a playthrough on the computer and see how that goes. Thanks for the help! EDIT: I'm an idiot and never even thought that I could just use action replay codes to unlock the keys and memories. So really all I need is to change the trainer name for the memories. Is there possibly a code for that, then? Edited October 29, 2012 by Azure30 I'm dumb
