TROUBLE WITH POKEGEN, NEED HELP!!

hey guys right, right, so basically im new to pokegen, ive successfully genned 2 pokemon so far thats worked for wifi RM battles, these are shiny flawless latios and shint flawless heatran which are legendaries, i genned these fine without much bother and used them on the random battles, but i dont really use them that often, today ive treid to gen a shiny Virizion and a shiny raikou, both flawless, but i keep getting problems with them on the wifi, ive must have treid 20 different things each on them , they have legit moves, abilty, stats, e.c.t, met at the right places, and so on, legit PID's you get the picture. what am i doing wrong, can someone please help me and tell me how to gen these 2, any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
