Anyone have/can make Action Replay codes for all event pokemon?

I searched all the threads and can't find codes for all of the event pokemon, from normals to legends...I want them all. From the USA to Japan...I tried doing it myself, but the codes keep failing and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

If they can be given as mystery gifts that would be ideal I think since I'd just be given the pokemon. I would like them all to be legit. So, the PKM files that are on this site would likely be best for it.

I really appreciate anyone who can help me, even if it's just a few codes, I'd be grateful.

Also, if someone could find a way to get the Gen 4 event pokemon into a Gen 5 game

Edit: Okay, I've managed to get most of the USA event pokemon, but I have no clue how to get the Japanese ones. Do I have to convert the Japanese characters to English to get them to work?
