Pokemon - True Topaz

[Topaz]

I was working on a ROM, Pokemon Topaz was the original name. Someone beat me to the name, as it turns out. Need help with the following:

Text Editor (I've found several, none have worked.)

Storyline Ideas.

Character Ideas.

Names for Cities/Towns.

It's a Pokemon: Fire Red ROM, so it has to be GBA tools.

May post ROM later.
