PKMN BLACK/WHITE - Music, Dialogue, Name, OW Sprite, and Trainer Sprite changes for Alder?

Hey, I have some questions about modding Alder the Champion in Pokemon Black Version...

NO IDEA HOW TO DO PLEASE HELP:

1. How do I change the battle music when battling Alder?

2. How do I change the dialogue before you battle him and while you're battling him?

3. How do I change his Mugshot name and In-Battle name?

4. How do I create a sprite sheet for Alder? (I got the sprites, just don't know how to organize them for the game to read)

FAMILIAR WITH THE TOOLS REQUIRED, JUST DON'T KNOW WHICH FILE NARC CONTAINS CONTENTS:

1. Which narc file contains Alder's trainer sprite?
