My friend Cycling Road had a brother on here and he said he was unfairly banned. Can he make another account? We share computers. I go to a college and he goes to a high school and we're all 3 different people and if you count RJ, Cycling Road's best friend, that makes 4. Can we make arrangements so he can make a new account?
