Invalid Save File

For some reason, my pokegen won't load some of my pokemon platinum files and responds with the error message "invalid save file". Anyone know how to fix this. I attached the file that I'm having trouble with.

The save file's footer sizes are incorrect, which cannot happen by normal game saving. Your hardware is messing it up, you've edited it with a program that's messed it up, or the converter you might've used messed it up.

Well from what I'm aware of, I have just played a bit of the game and saved it creating that file. I don't believe I have messed with a converter (don't even know what that is) or the hardware. Still my computer might be doing something to mess up the file. Do you have any detailed solutions ont potential solutions to this problem?

EDIT: I looked up what converter is and I did use it on this file but it wasn't working before I used it
