Starter Pokemon Levels

Hi Guys I'm new here and am after a bit of help.

I was wondering if there is a way to change the Level of the starter Pokemon in HG/SS. I spent last weekend Bumping up the levels of other pokemon but the starter need a little boost too I think

haha, I should have made it clearer. I edited the levels of wild Pokemon. So I was going to change the starter levels also.
