Missing Abilities/items

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong forum but I hope i could get dome answers. Today I was trying to make an Excadrill with the ability "Sand Rush" and the item "Air Balloon". But the problem is those things aren't there, and I double checked if I miss spelt anything but i didn't. I also tried "Sand Paddle" which is the japanese translation of "Sand Rush" but to no avail. I don't mind so much about the item but the ability would be helpful, and who wants a pokemon with no ability? Because everytime I try, I keep getting Excadrills ability to be "---". Sorry if you can't understand what I am trying to point out in this forum, but any advise would be greatly appreciated for anyone who can give it. And just throwing it out there, pokegen is also missing the move called "Snarl". This is my very first forum so again, sorry if anything is hard to understand, i will clarify as soon as i can.

There is nothing missing, and hence this isn't a bug. You just don't know what you're doing. No, I'm not giving you a direct answer because it's indescribably simple to not only experiment and get the answers yourself, but to read the forums.
