Do you know how to assign an IP? What you would need to do is (in Windows) hit the windows key + r and open the command prompt. Next, type ipconfig /all. Find, first of all, your IP prefix. It is the first 4 numbers in your PC's IP. Usually it is 192.168.0.XXX, XXX being your IP. Next, input a random value that isn't taken already on your network. I would try: 192.168.0.149. Next, input your Primary/Secondary DNS, your Subnet Mask, which I think usually is 255.255.255.0 and input your security key, which may be open, WEP, WPA, WPA-2, or WPA-PSK.
