Nintendo DS Adapter Plus Question

I have finally decided to get the NDS plus adapter after a few people told me about it. My main question is, with the NDS plus, will I be able to upload the pgf event pokemon files with this adapter. I would like to have them but have zero clue on how to upload them to my game. Hope someone can help. Thank You.

you can dump your save off of your game card, add the wondercards, and send the save back to your card. so... yes.
