I'm Italian and i don't speak(and write) english very well, so, sorry for my imperfect english. My question is: In Legendary Pokémon the 5th Gen PID is related to IV? If yes, in wich way? If no, are you sure, you can give me a proof about? My problem is: I Have legit Terrakion, but i want modify it with pokègen, i would change it's IV, but i don't want to make it a non-lecit Pokèmon.
