Need help inputting my sprite into pokemon HG OR SS please

I have been at this ALL DAY I have watched kazowar's tutorial over and over

and am repeating everything he does in the tutorial exactly as he does

yet I am having no luck

so please wont somebody help me put my sprite into heart gold OR Soul silver

(and make sure the game doesnt give the black screen of death Xx
