i want legitimate pokemon

i obviously dont post here so i dont know which thread goes in which forum so hopefully a mod will move it into a respective forum but anyways...

i dont play pokemon as much as you guys and am older then most of you soo i need some things explained to me...

its my understanding that(i recently found out) if you edit a currently owned pokemon's iv or nature it will be flagged illegal because the PID data determines ivs and nature and wont match up.. BUT if you modify wild pokemons stats and natures, theyre legal..

i want to catch a good natured good stat'ed LEGAL pokemon with out consuming multiple hours

can someone tell me how much the PID covers and what little details can flag them

wild pokemon iv code (and a hex list, because i dont want all stats maxed 31's, im not a severe cheater)

wild pokemon nature modifier
