using something similar to the GTS exploit would it be possible for one to set up a fake server for tourneys?

example. in the tourney two parties are given a set time to log on (so they are the only to online at set time)

benefits include:

the possibility of monitoring both parties for battle results, and to tell whos cheating.etc

not having to keep multiple friend codes, only one DNS address

I think its a good idea
