Am I doing something wrong?

Hey guys. I'm trying to give my panpour lucky egg via pokegen, but everytime I save and open the save again it just reverts back to "held item: (none)"

I just started using this program, is there something I'm doing wrong here?

View data > edit stuff > Set

Editing information in the tabs doesn't automatically re-save it somewhere.
