is it possible to make a legit-like pokemon with pokesav in B/W?

hi from itay? and congratulations for your grat site.

So, i used (ABused...) pokesav with the previous pokemon game to create legit-like pokemon that i used for online play...

obviusly i do not created a charizard with idropump! only possible pokemon for a legal game.

In black and white things are more difficult, i cloned pokemon from soulsilver (when i use them a lot) to Black, but when i try to use the wi-fi connection in a random match, a problem message appear (he say that ther's a problem with my pokemon) and i am shoot out.....

what can i do?
