Modifying Number of Links and Linked Trade stat of the trainer?

Hello, I'm currently trying to recreate a few old GEN pokemons as well as couple HG/SS for my pokemon platinum.

Trying to make it appear as if it is done via linked trade, I have a few questions concerning consistency. So far I was able to successfully create the pokemons that pass the legal checker. I do have a few questions.

1. Date meet field. Assuming the pokemon is traded, is the date meet field the date the pokemon is traded, or the date the pokemon is caught. What about pal park pokemons. Is the date field the pokemon was originally caught in Gold/Silver/Emerald, or the date it is caught in Pal Park.

2. Pokedex entries, is the egg trick the only way to update the entries?

3. Number of links/Links Trade stat on the trainer card. Is there anyway to modify this via pokesav? Because having HG pokemon on plat with zero links/links trade creates inconsistency. Or is the only way to do this is to got the GTS and do bunch of trades.
