PokeDex And Forms

I'm familiar enough with the PokeGen to navigate around it easily and get what I want out of it, but recently I've run into a "Form" bug in Diamond Version's PokeDex after using the PokeGen's PokeDex modifier in the "Tools" pop-out menu. An example of my problem would be that I clicked "Obtained" before going down the line and clicking "Caught" and/or "Seen" for the respective Pokemon. As everyone knows, there is an option for most of the Pokemon where you can check which gender you've seen first, and if you've seen the opposing sex. I went ahead and checked "Male" or "Female" for the ones I had in my PokeDex already, but decided there should be no problem in also checking that I've seen the opposite gender (so it should come up that I've seen both the male and female form of the Pokemon I checked off). I generated the PokeDex code, copy-pasted it onto my Action Replay list, and started up the game. Unfortunately I had saved my game before I realized the fault in my PokeDex.

The problem that I'm bringing attention to is the fact that the "Forms" icon is completely missing in my PokeDex now that I brought the PokeDex cheat into play. I've been trying to mess around with it, but to no avail. I tried to find some answers to my problem, but I haven't seen anything even close to it yet. I use PokeGen 3.0b15 with Action Replay DS, this time on my Pokemon Diamond Version. I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, the Pokedex is buggy. It is marked as beta still.

This should re-add the form viewer. Select activates it. (This is for the English version of Diamond/Pearl.)
