Batch Convert 3gpkm to pkm?? need help

I on a whim decided one day to take all of my pokemon from my various games emerald, fire, sapphire, and ruby and chuck em on my Pokemon box for the game cube. I then transfered them to emerald . I am now trying to get my legit and loved pokemon from my emerald sav file and import them into my Diamond version.

I have read the thread concerning using the python program and gts to transfer one pokemon at a time. . . which seems to be a lot slower than using the actual pal park function.

I would like to batch convert my .3gpkm files or even better nab them from my emerald sav. Then load them in the the pal park function of the D/P pokesav.

I'm sorry if this is fragmented, I have been searching for 4 hours straight and I'm frazzled.

I'm pretty sure DeSmuME lets you use Pal Park.

I am sorry I didn't specify that I am not using any emulators, however if I can accomplish a batch convert with an emulator I'm all for it.

ir-gts can do one at a time and you can send them to yourself via GTS faking. i don't think there is anything that can do it in batches.
