Platinum pokedex problem ?

Hello I'm new here and I'm not sure this is a problem but my pokedex isn't showing up after using pokegen to alter a few of my pokemon and I added 1 new pokemon to my roster. I'm not sure it was even Pokegen because I haven't been really noticing my pokedex but I'm not sure where this problem come from, might have been the save file alteration I did, I'm just lost here. Also it still recongnizes that I own a pokedex also I'm 4 gym leaders into the game so no this isn't a new game.

If you're using the beta, it's possible that the Pokedex data was incorrectly written. This has never been verified. The next beta release is being held back for this reason. (Until Pokedex reading/writing is guaranteed [or pretty close to it] to be perfect.)
