replacing all pokemon with one pokemon

Alright, I've been wanting to do a Pokemon run (first, second, or fourth gen) in which all the pokemon in the game are replaced with the "first route normal type" Pokemon cliche, and looking for AR codes that could help me do this. Basically, the codes would need to be a starter replacement, a wild pokemon modifier, and the one I'm having the most trouble finding any leads on, modifying what trainers send out. I can't find a wild Pokemon modifier code for Gen IV that doesn't make use of the Poketch calculator, and the wild codes I've found for Gen 1 and 2 literally replace the trainer battles with wild battles, which can cause glitches. I haven't found an enemy team modifier code at all (starting to wonder if it's even possible now).
