Discord Rules

In addition to site-wide rules, the following rules apply to chat on Discord:

• Usernames must consist primarily of letters and/or numbers, and for example, not entirely of formatting or mathematical characters.
  • In addition to this point, usernames must at least have the first few characters in non-formatted characters, so that said user can be pinged.
• Use clean language in posts and usernames - our auto-moderation bot may delete messages that contain certain pre-defined bad words
• Don't spam. Examples of spam include:
  • Blatant off-topic advertising
  • Quickly sending several messages in a very short period of time
  • Mentioning someone without sufficient reason
  • Mentioning 5 or more users at once
  • Using 5 or more emoji's at once
• Only mention @Moderator if something needs our immediate attention, such as someone breaking the above rules.
• Don't do anything that would result in a new rule being made about it.

This page will be updated as people do things that result in new rules being made. Rules are subject to change under the discretion of the staff and the needs of the community.

Actions

Violations of the rules will result in being kicked then banned from the guild. These actions will be made at the discretion of our staff after 3 warnings. Warnings may be skipped for major offenses including but not limited to linking to ROMs or posting NSFW content.
