PalPark Fix?

Does anyone know a way to fix the palpark? The attendent says I have no stocked pokemon while my game refuses to stock any from either of my GBA games.

First things first, is the DS game you are using a retail cart or rom? I do not believe there are any devices that allow transfer to palpark save the orginal retail carts.

Its a retail Pearl cart. I've never used rom's for anything I can get my hands on
