First, the white circular marks which you have put on the Windows Icon, I wouldn't consider that necessary, I think it would look better without those, but i'm not too sure as I haven't compared it and one without the marks.

Second, How I find the background interesting is the random sharp effects. The blue strokes behind the green part of the Windows icon is a bit too blurry, I would rather let it be sharp.

Third, the orange and green marks under the left side of the Windows icon, try to put more little background spaces in it like you did with the red mark under the yellow part of the Windows Icon.

Finally, the part in the very middle, I would rather not have that there, make it more sharp otherwise I would not put all the colours on top of each other as the mix of colour doesn't always give a pleasant effect.
