pokedex data for pokemon added?

hello everyone, in the pokedex menu, i see an option that says "caught all owned", and it works.. sorta, it shows the colored in pokeball, however my pokedex owned and caught numbers havent updated, so its looks pretty bad. is there a way to get the pokemon i own to register? all ive figured out so far is trade all 150 over, and back again, which will take a life time. suggestions?

That button operates based on the Pokemon that're currently loaded into the program, whether it be ones you've manually added or ones that're loaded from a save file. It won't magically detect Pokemon in a save file that hasn't been loaded.

so is there any method to refresh this data? some method to mass trade, and trade back fast? hah remember PokeBox for the gamecube? could trade a thousand pokemon at once

edit: actually, is there any way to manually check off which pokemon you have captured, in the pokedex data?

I don't understand how you're asking these questions. The Pokedex editor within PokeGen very, VERY clearly allows you to do what you want, and you've obviously seen it for yourself.
