A Python function to converts a IVgen .pkm in a Vgen .pkm

I'm looking for a function wich converts a IVgen .pkm in a Vgen .pkm, if in Python is better.
I've just found the Kazo's PokeTransfer.exe, but is only for Windows :(
Can you help me?

Try infinite recursion's IR-GTS-BW it will convert from IV to V before transfering to DS and it's written in python
