Was there ever an english B/W translation with the English (International) Pokemon names?

Hopefully I'm not violating the TOS by asking, but the only patches I have seen have utilized the original Japanese names for the new Pokemon (and the English names for the previous gen). Did such a patch ever get completed, or is it too close to release?

There's one, and it's sticked. :) It has also the new English NPC. moves, items, places, etc.

I'm actually surprised you didn't find it, I find it even for searching stuff not related to the translation.
