PokeGen not loading Pokedex data from HG save file with DeSmuME

Using DeSmuME playing HeartGold.

Loading my save file into Pokegen 3.0b15, the Pokedex data is not loaded when I load my save file. I am left with a completely blank Pokedex and would need to recreate my Pokedex data from scratch if I were to try to use the program with my save file.

Is this a known issue and I missed it elsewhere on the board? Is there a way around it?

same thing happens to me with b15. pretty sure codr already knows about it. i think it will work fine with b16 once it comes out.

same problem for me: I used pokegen b15 on pokemon soul silver and when i load the game I have no pokedex!!! it is not listed when I save or load the game and its button on the menu disappeared! is there any action replay code or other method to ripristinate it???

That was sarcasm, but I really can't say when. I definitely won't let all the work that's been done on it just be wasted.

excuse me for the "UP" post :(. however, doesn't exist any action replay code to reobtain the pokedex? For example, reset the flag of prof. oak that gives you the pokedex(johto's and national's)? i need only this two codes, but, if there is another method, fell free to post it, pls!

It happens on a French save file of SS too.
All Pokédex data is lost upon saving.

i tried to use the reset flag code posted by Riolu Aura Sphere Now http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?9359-Riolu-Aura-Sphere-Now-s-Pokemon-SoulSilver-HeartGold-Action-Replay-Codes but it didn't work to reobtain pokedex. any suggestions?

Except having made a backup beforehand, I doubt there is a way to get it back.
You could try using Pokesav to re-enable the Pokédex.
