# 0_0 This is the “Potential” room.
It is to show the infinite potential\fof both Pokémon and people.

# 0_1 Only the Pokéathletes who have held
the best record in every event\fare allowed here.
Continue your hard work toward
breaking every record there is.

# 0_2 This is the “Friendship” room.
Please go ahead.

# 0_3 You are quite a Pokéathlete to
come here!
But you still have a long way
to become the Top Pokéathlete.
Shall I show you some special
techniques? VAR(512, 0)

# 0_4 Hi, VAR(259, 0, 0)!
Do you have anything else\fyou want to know about? VAR(512, 0)

# 0_5 Hi, VAR(259, 0, 0)!
Do you have anything else\fyou want to know about? VAR(512, 0)

# 0_6 About which course? VAR(512, 0)

# 0_7 Which event would you
like to know about? VAR(512, 0)

# 0_8 In Hurdle Dash, timing is everything.
Your Pokémon will pick up speed
if you let them wait until the last\fmoment before they jump the Hurdles.

# 0_9 Pennant Capture...
This event is not only about the
Pennants on the beach, but also\fthe ones other Pokémon have collected.
If you bump into them from behind,
they will be knocked down and your\fPokémon will grab their Pennants.
That’s the way experts fight.

# 0_10 The key is to push other Pokémon out
of the Circles...which may be obvious.
Actually, your Pokémon can push harder
if you pick the right moment to tell\fthem to push.
So you might be able to push back
powerful Pokémon if you give frequent\finstructions to push.

# 0_11 Block Smash is not just about smashing.
Did you ever notice that sometimes
there are small cracks in the Blocks?
Well, if you can hit those cracks,
they break real fast!
If you can aim at cracks in a row,
your Pokémon will feel great and\fthey’ll show great potential.
One more thing...
When you make them switch,
flick your Pokémon upwards\ffor a quicker switch.

# 0_12 Disc Catch is about how long you can
wait until you catch the Discs.
Bird Pokémon can move around in the
air, so it’ll be easier to catch Discs\fif you form a team of bird Pokémon.

# 0_13 Lamp Jump is not only about jumping.
There are three Pokémon bouncing
together, so one Pokémon can’t jump\fwell if another comes down right when\fthe other wants to go up in the air.
Letting them jump at the right time
is the key.

# 0_14 Relay Run requires well-timed switching.
Did you notice that Pokémon start to
sweat a little when they become tired?
It also indicates they have slowed down
a lot.
You shouldn’t allow them to sweat.
Switching before they start to sweat,
that is the key.

# 0_15 It’s not easy to aim for the top
by just tackling a lot in Ring Drop.\fDo you know what a “Body Attack” is?
I call it a Body Attack, anyway...
Your Pokémon can actually jump
as it moves forward.
If you can let your Pokémon
Body Attack others, you can drop\fthem off the Ring altogether!

# 0_16 Snow Throw is not just about smashing.
Are you making sure the Snowballs
are big?
Bigger Snowballs have a better
chance of making other Pokémon\ffall down.
You can also block other Snowballs
from hitting your Pokémon by having\fyour Pokémon hold on to\fsome Snowballs.

# 0_17 Goal Roll requires the skills of
a Pokéathlete.
The situation changes every second,
but stay calm as you instruct\fyour Pokémon.
Positioning is key.
I recommend keeping one at your own
Goal to protect it--one in the middle of\fthe field for flexibility and one in\ffront of the Goal you want to\froll the ball into.

# 0_18 I hope you’ll become a Top Pokéathlete.
Good luck!

# 0_19 Those who have won at the Pokéathlon
100 times are commemorated here for\ftheir achievement of creating the new,\flegendary record.

# 0_20 It is a cool Pokégear to commemorate
your 100th victory in the Pokéathlon.
That is your model!
It is a special Pokégear with\fthe Pokéathlon logo in the back.

# 0_21 Those Pokéathletes who have come in
first in every event at the Pokéathlon\f50 times are commemorated here for\ftheir overwhelming might and the\farrival of a new legend.

# 0_22 It’s an awesome Poké Ball to
commemorate your 50th victory\fin every Pokéathlon event.
It’s your model Poké Ball!
The engraving reads, “Stay on Top.”

# 0_23 VAR(259, 0, 0) checked
