When you have run out of Safari Balls,
the game is over.
When you see a Pokémon, you can choose
to throw Bait or Mud.
If you throw Bait, Pokémon tend to stay
but will become more difficult to catch.
If you throw Mud, it will become easier
to catch, but the Pokémon may flee.
