  • Pokémon Quest Datamined

    jasenyoface

Recently, Pokémon Quest was announced alongside Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee. In Quest, trainers will roam around with Pokémon, named Pokéxel, in an effort to explore the island and get various Pokémon from the Kanto to join in on the quest. During the adventure, players move around and tap the screen to launch attacks at other Pokéxel.

On Tumblecube Island, trainers can go on expeditions where things such as loot and ingredients can be collected. In return, base camps can be built, decorated and have meals prepared in them. Cooking will help attract different Pokémon to to your camp.

Pokémon Quest is now available for the Nintendo Switch on the eShop and is supposed to be available on the Play Store and the App Store in late June.

    • Since they released over a decade ago, the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games for the Nintendo DS have not had much in the way of ROM editors. Over the past few years, hackers have slowly learned more and more about the inner workings of the games, culminating in the most advanced PMD editor to date: Sky Temple.

SkyTemple is a user-friendly level editor for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky that gives the user full control over graphics, scripts, Pokémon data, and more, enabling a great amount of creative freedom to prospective ROM hackers to create not just edits of the game, but entirely new levels and plots.

See the trailer for the version 1.0.0 release for quick samples of what can be accomplished:
