Pikachu knows the move "Fly" and will be distributed at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 (same as the winter-break Darkrai). The event will run from July 18th until Sept 30th. Teach it the same HM move I did that with the Flying Pika I got from Bryant Park and it wouldn't pass random wifi. I edited the move back on once I transferred it.
