I recently downloaded PokesavPlat (english version). Since I had it for my pearl version, I trusted that it would work. However, my game id is different from the one in the generated xml file. So I opened it in word and changed the game ID to that of my game. When I went to click l+r, however, my game froze. I figured the code should be smaller, so I took a few aspects of the edit out. Then I tried again - again changing the game ID so that it would correspond with my version of Plat. My game froze again. Cut the code in half (gave myself the first three pokemon instead of all six), and again my game froze. It works for my friend, who has the same version of Pokemon Platinum that I have, so what am I doing wrong?

Hey there, I made some pokemon on pokesav. I want these pokemon to look like i palparked them from the GBA game to Pearl/Diamond, and then traded them to Platinum. I left all the hidden hex values 00 and met in Pal Park. (these hidden hex values need to 00 in this case right?) I also fixed the trashbytes. So my question is do these look legit? Hi! I have encountered a disturbing problem today which I would greatly appreciate help on. I was on Pokesav for Platinum editing my Platinum save file. I made a Uxie become a Dratini (just to see what'd happen), by changing its species and name to Dratini, saved and downloaded the save file to my Platinum cart. I turned on my game and found a nasty surprise at the continue screen. My player name was no longer displayed and my play time (284:35) now appeared as ?35:?5. Clicking continue only revealed more damage. My character is now the female (it was originally the male). The frame text appears in is now formed of a glitchy half black half transparent lines. Attempting to view my party Pokémon freezes my Platinum, including the music. Attempting to view my party through the in-game PC reveals there are no Pokémon in it (in reality I should have six, including Uxie/Dratini). Taking about 20 steps results in an, "Oh?" message as though an egg were about to hatch (I have no eggs), followed by the screen going black and my game freezing. I have attempted to change Uxie back, make it another Pokémon (Vibrava), even delete it from my team, but downloading those saves did nothing to fix my game. I have also deleted my Platinum's save file from the cart and tried re-downloading it, but I get the glitched save again. When I view my Platinum save file in Pokesav for Platinum, everything looks fine and normal. I've used Pokesav for Platinum quite a number of times this month and never had any problems like this. I uploaded my Pearl's save file, edited it a bit, then edited it back to how it was before. Then I downloaded it back to the cart and there was no problem. I tried again with my Platinum and I got the glitched save once more. I would really appreciate help to get my Platinum save back to normal.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows why pokesav for platinum (english version) does not allow you to change the score on your trainer card, unlike the one for d/p. If anyone knows the code for max score on your trainer card in pokemon platinum (i.e.999999999), then can you please let me know.

Lets say someone gets a misdreavus in Platinum (by trade from Pearl) and breeds it to get an egg. Then they do an egg swap with another person with Pokemon Platinum. What would the TID and SID of the pokemon be? The trainer who originally had the egg, or the trainer that the egg got swapped to? Also, what would you put in the met in place box for a swapped egg?

I use this team mainly on PBR, where there are no tiers, and you can see the opponent's team before you select your Pokemon. Blaziken @ Salac Berry Hasty Blaze 252 Spe / 194 Atk / 64 SpA Endure Overheat Blaze Kick/Fire Punch Reversal My awesome Reversaler. I don't care what people say, this thing usually is able to take out at least one Pokemon. (Barring Priority moves) Overheat is for things that think they can wall it on the Physical side, along with it able to OHKO (123%-145% by my calculations) Naive Salamance (With Blaze activated, of course), which thinks it can scare Blaziken out with Intimidate. (Get it?) It even outspeeds it with a Salac boost, as most Salamance on Wi-Fi don't have 31 Speed IVs, which my Blaziken has. Jumpluff @ Leftovers Timid Chlorophyll 252 Spe / 252 HP / 6 Def Sunny Day Sleep Powder Substitute Leech Seed What? NU tier? Are you serious, Smogon? This thing has stalled many Pokemon into submission, and protects Blaziken from Hail or Sandstorm. Sleep Powder can keep a Pokemon at bay while Blaziken deals with it's comrade. Salamance @ Life Orb Naive Intimidate 84 Atk / 216 SpA / 208 Spe Draco Meteor Fire Blast Crunch Brick Break This is usually used as a late-game sweep, when half of the opponent's team is killed off by Blaziken. It OHKOs Kingdras with Draco Meteor, and Blissey with Brick Break with ease. What it can't outpace is usually Paralyzed by... Cresselia @ Leftovers Bold Leftovers (Don't know the EVs; I got this on the GTS, and it had an Effort Ribbon at level 51, so I'm assuming that it's around 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA.) Calm Mind Thunder Wave Moonlight Ice Beam Cresselia. She walls as if made of brick. The only thing I don't like about her is that Moonlight has only 8 PP. I'm surprised it's not in more OU teams. With Jumpluff's great Sunny Day support, Moonlight restores 50% or 66% rather than a meager 25%. Lucario @ Choice Band Adamant Inner Focus 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP ExtremeSpeed Close Combat Blaze Kick Stone Edge As much as I like Lucario, I'm thinking about replacing it. ExtremeSpeed kills off Focus Sashers or weakened Pokemon, Stone Edge is for Gyarados, and Blaze Kick is for abuse if Sunny day is in play. (That Rhymes! :bidoof:) Overview It may have Sunny Day, but this is NOT a full-fledged Sunny Day team! Sunny Day is mainly used for getting Sandstorm off the field, and powering up Overheat, so it can get vital OHKOs. This team has problems with Bullet Punch Scizor, but what team doesn't? Regardless, I'm still looking for a good counter for it that's name isn't Rotom-H. I might put Fake Out Ambipom in Lucario's place. So yeah, RMT.

Hey. I have been trying to figure out this PokeSav Platinum thing for a bit. The DP version works perfectly. But for some reason Platinum doesn't. So. I would copy a SAV file to the computer and open it up in Platinum PokeSav and edit the party. Maybe do some storage things, and what happens in the storage is that I get some crazy things. Like, its set to level 100, all the hex values are not 00, there are random ev and iv stats all sorts of wierd stuff. Now, lets say I didn't do anything to the storage and just made party pokemon. Then I saved the sav and restored it back into my game. When I start my game, nothing happens. I look exactly the same before I hacked. So... those party pokemon didn't even show up. Now these pokemon aren't loaded files. I am about to try that to see if it works.... Does anyone understand whats going on or has had the same problem? Theres gotta be a way to fix it. I even downloaded a new Pokesav but same thing. I tried new sav files, but its always the same thing.

Hello everyone. Does anybody know the hex codes for the itens of pokemon platinum? I have the hex code for pokemon diamond but some itens are change and i can't find the gracidea or the platinum orb. If it is possivel i would like to know if the pokemon hex code and the attacks hex codes for pokemon platinum are the same of pokemon diamond. Tanks. What do i need to use pokesav and get it onto my game Platinum, and action replay and pokesav downloaded?

is there any code for stealing Battle Factory Pokemon in Platinum like in Emerald? some Pokemon in Platinum Battle Factory are really good and rare and they are powerful too.

Sorry if this isn't in the proper section @_@ Ok the problem is: I made the code, in this case, an Aerodactyl in Box 1, Slot 1. Put it into my AceKard2i's cheat.dat file, start it up, L+R, activate's it, but after that, when i try saving, it says "Save Error" On all codes I try for platinum, i've also tryed getting another pokesav/another save for platinum, but it still happens. Any idea's @_@? Oh and sorry if this as been posted/asked before.

So the Villa is probably the worst "secret base" in the history of the series. Seriously, in the list of: Room (GSC), Secret Base (RSE), and Secret Base (DPP), the Villa has the least features. You can't move anything, none of the items really DO anything apart from the music players. You can't even use the PC or sleep in the bed! But it is pretty cool that characters come to visit, and some of the decorations are pretty neat looking. However, the point of this topic is this: I wanted to see if there was anyone else who is trying to get all of the decorations. If you don't know, you can unlock the items for purchase by meeting certain requirements. The only ones I have remaining are the Piano (just gotta beat the E4 four more times) and the Chandelier. I have NO IDEA how close I am to walking 300,000 steps, so who knows when I'll get that one. Well, what can I say about myself? My name's Davin, I'm a person who is fond of a place called Xat.com. Which is a chatbox site. I've been into ROM Hacking even before I ever came to PC. However, over time I got bored of creating 3rd generation hacks (which I never made one anyways). So now I'm into 4th generation ROM Hacking. Which is most likely I would be the one in hand for giving advise on Map layout objects and all that. In case you're all probably wondering where I got the avatar from, I got it from a friend of mine on Xat.com, her name is Azzy. It's a really nice avatar too. So, in I go... I guess.

Whenever i enter in a code to change my pokemon, it works. But when I put it into a box, it reverts to its old stats and attacks. Is there any way to make this not happen? Is it better to use the "Box" codes or "Party" codes for multiple pokemon?

Hello. I've edited some pokemon in pokesav for Diamond and Pearl and saved them as .pkm files. When I try to load them in the storage of a .sav file in pokesav for Platinum it works fine. Then I use the backup loader to restore the save on my Platinum with the .sav file containing the pokemon, but they do not turn up in the storage boxes in-game, just empty space where they're supposed to be. What do I do? I do not have a pair of DS:es so I cannot just trade them over.

Hi Guys I recently have tried to download the Arceus event wonder card into the Platinum Pokesav but i've come across a problem When it comes to the page where you tick "Enable Mystery Gift" there should be a box to tick called "Enable Gift" It appears on the Diamond/Pearl Pokesav but not the platinum 1 As a result i'm having trouble getting the event arceus onto my Platinum Can anyone please help?

I am going to start working on trying to obtain the Battle Video stored on a Platinum save file, and need save files to look at. If anyone has Pokemon Platinum with a Battle Video playable in the VS Recorder, please post it here, along with a detailed description of what happens in the video - as detailed as possible. Todo: 1. Find Where the battle video is stored, possibly extract/import the data as a *.plbv file. - WIP 2. Attempt to Decode the video into a text script. 3. Allow for editing. 4.
